I am Katrina Nuñal from Marikina City, Philippines. Friends and colleagues call me Kat probably because they find it too formal to call me by my first name. I graduated in 2005 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce Major in Business Administration from the University of Santo Tomas, the Catholic University of the Philippines.

I worked in the BPO industry for 9 years as a Customer Service Representative and Technical Support before transitioning to working as a Real Estate VA.
