I’m Pamela Mendoza, 29 years old, married and with 3 children. My husband works as a tricycle driver, and has been for 9 years now. My eldest child is 10 years old, the second one is 9 years old, and the youngest is 2 years old. I graduated from college with a Bachelors Degree of Business Administration Major in Banking and Finance. My first job was at Cebuana Lhuillier Services Corporation as a member of the Branch Operations Staff from July 2013 to March 2016. My duties in this position were to accept Domestic and International money remittances. I also accepted bills payments and prepared daily and monthly transactions of the branch.

I have worked in Customer Service, Sales, and became an Operations Staff. I can do Data Entry tasks, Email, and Phone Handling. I can also do Admin Tasks being asked by the client, including being an HR Recruiter.

After walking my path with the office-based world, I tried to work from home. I worked as an appointment setter for business insurance and I enjoyed it because I got to feel the home-based job vibe and it gave me convenience.

I have been working as a Virtual Assistant in the areas of administration management, recruitment, payroll, accounting, marketing and sales training, logistics and travel arrangements management.

I am a Bookkeeper skilled with using a variety of accounting softwares, including Sage 50, Netsuite, Xero, Quickbooks and MYOB. I am also well versed in the use of Hootsuite, Canva, Salesforce and Asana.
