Glaiza graduated from college with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration Major in Business Management. She is familiar with Microsoft Office and Google Suite. Glaiza also knows how to work with Dropbox, Trello, Hootsuite Skype and Zoom, and can perform basic graphic design using Canva and Adobe Photoshop.

I’ve worked as a Manager for quite some time, a Japanese Translator and a student of Law. I have always believed that if there is a will there is a way and everything happens for a reason.

I’ve been an English Online Teacher for quite some time now. I have also developed my Customer Service skills. I am passionate and dedicated to every task given to me.

I worked as a sales promoter and then after, I worked as a ware-houseman/admin. I know I still need more experience and need to explore new skills. I am willing to learn and share my knowledge from my 14 years of work experience.

My name is Reynadel and I’m the eldest child among five children. I was born and raised in Cebu City, Philippines where I had a wonderful childhood. My father used to work abroad as a seafarer. So he was away from us for short bouts of time to provide everything that we needed as a family. My mum was a housewife who took care of us while my father was away and sold food from home. We had this little food stall that she ran while all of us were at school. I can say that we had all the things we needed. When my dad struggled to cope with the feelings of being away from us (he was so home sick) and decided to quit the job – our lives suddenly changed. Though we are complete and happy as a whole family we struggled financially. My mum continued to sell food and my father worked as a project-based Construction Operator. My grandmother is the one who put me through High School and College.

I am an experienced Customer Service Representative with office administration skills. I have been working in the Business Process Outsourcing industry for over 9 years and then successfully ventured out into the virtual world with an Australian client. You’ll find that I’m more than willing to learn your processes and new skills, as well as motivated to perform well in the position you hire me for.
