I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences (Accounting and Economics) as well as a Masters Degree in Information Technology. With knowledge in a wide variety of computer programs, general administration, email and social media marketing as well as customer service… I’m an ideal all-rounder for your team.

I am an experienced Executive Virtual Assistant who has performed a wide variety of roles – from Customer Relations and General Administration right through to Payroll Officer. I co-founded the Wake Up Club when I was a teenager – a nonprofit to raise awareness of human rights violations and equality. So I understand, first-hand, the dynamics of running an organisation and the various roles needed.

I have worked in the BPO industry and as a Virtual Assistant, helping clients grow their businesses and achieve their goals. I have also worked as a Sales Operations Administrator for a large IT Company and Customer Service Rep helping in Technical Support. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology (Major in Industrial Psychology) I enjoy connecting with clients – helping to resolve their issues in efficient and effective ways.

If there is one reason for all the motivation to move further and beyond, that would be my family. As an only child raised by hardworking parents, I grew with the understanding that life is about focusing on what really matters. Living a simple life in the province, my parents showed me that investing in oneself is essential rather than acquiring worldly possessions.

I grew up experiencing the hard-knocks of life – like most of our fellow Filipinos. But with these hardships, I was able to determine the RISKS that are attached to every descision which in turn made me a better person, and allowed me to gain more knowledge both in life as well as my profession.
