Francis began as a Customer Service Support and eventually became a Quality Analyst. He is part of the Quality Control Office in a renowned Printer company.

Grace is a Licensed Teacher with 15+ years of varied experience in the Financial Industry, Electronics, Travel, Quality Control, Education and Training, Team Leadership and Customer Service. She has work experience as a Team Leader, Language Coach, Financial Customer Service Representative, Travel Executive, and Quality Control Personnel.
