I attended webinars and signed up to an amazing online learning platform that focuses on teaching CMS based websites. The skills that I acquired are HTML5, CSS, WordPress and counting.

I have a wide range of Customer Service experience, I also became an ESl Tutor, Analyst/Researcher and then a VA. I am a fast learner, a team player and go the extra mile with my work to get more satisfaction with my clients.

I have experience in Customer Service, Technical support and Email Management. Working in BPO taught me how to multitask, manage time, become adept with certain computer software and be a responsible team player.

I am a hardworking single parent with a recent job experience as a Finance Manager. But I am training for Social Media Management and use several computer programs such as Canva and Xero.

My name is Reynadel and I’m the eldest child among five children. I was born and raised in Cebu City, Philippines where I had a wonderful childhood. My father used to work abroad as a seafarer. So he was away from us for short bouts of time to provide everything that we needed as a family. My mum was a housewife who took care of us while my father was away and sold food from home. We had this little food stall that she ran while all of us were at school. I can say that we had all the things we needed. When my dad struggled to cope with the feelings of being away from us (he was so home sick) and decided to quit the job – our lives suddenly changed. Though we are complete and happy as a whole family we struggled financially. My mum continued to sell food and my father worked as a project-based Construction Operator. My grandmother is the one who put me through High School and College.

This year, after several months of being unemployed, I met new friends who are working as freelancers and they helped me and encouraged me to try it. After days of pouring over what to do, I finally decided to go for it because I realised that working at home is more convenient than traveling every day to an office and that this opportunity would give me a shot at the growth that I was hoping for with my career.
