Teena Aguilar – Customer Service Representative, Real Estate

Hi, my name is Teena, I started working at the age of 20 as a BPO Customer Service Representative. At that time I had zero knowledge in customer service, but thank God for pieces of training. I was working in a telecommunication company in the USA called “Sprint”. For me, that was a training ground. I learned Customer Service, Financial Support, and Sales. I worked for Sprint for 2 years where I learned how to be a Retain Representative and I was in the Escalation Department. I also worked in a UK Company named BT where I worked as an Email Representative and Financial Representative. I embraced the world of Sales where I did both Outbound and Inbound Calls.

In 2011, I was promoted to Workforce Analyst where I run reports and send them to clients. I explain if the site’s Service Level is down and make sure that the Service level and Occupancy of the site are good.

In 2014, I joined the world of Mortgage or Real Estate.

In 2015, I ventured out to Virtual Assistant Roles. I worked with Australian Paraplanners where I learned a lot about Lodgements, SOP, Transcribing, and many more. I worked for them for 2 years and learned a lot from this business.

Then in 2016, I worked as a Facebook Ad Specialist where I run ads and make sure the target is good and are getting leads. I Created Ads and Audiences from 2016 – 2019.

In 2017, I became a Real Estate Assistant where I send out eviction notices, making sure the tenants are up to date with their payments and information about the tenancy. I make sure that I am the frontline when it comes to complaints like leaking, the interior fixes, gas, or exhaust are fixed and working. If we get complaints I make sure to be on top of it.

I love dogs. I actually have 9 American Bullies. I had my first dog last 2015 and I named them after Marvel characters. I also love to travel. I promised myself to visit at least one country every year. I have 3 teenagers and 1 toddler, but my teenagers are very responsible siblings to our youngest baby.

I am a series addict. I love watching TV series. My favorites are, Friends, Big Bang Theory, Breaking Bad, Money Heist, Grey’s Anatomy, Good Doctor, and many more. I like going to beaches or nature trekking. I also love to invest in Stocks and Bonds.
