Thor Cote – Subject Matter Expert, Safety Officer, Customer Service

Hello there! I’m Thor Michael Cote, you can call me Thor.

Husband to a loving wife and father to a loving son. Working from home is the best channel for me so that I can spend more time with my family.

I have a bachelor’s degree in nursing, but never pursued it. I have changed careers and am now working in the BPO industry. I’ve worked in the business for more than 5 years now. And throughout that time I’ve performed various tasks including financial support, technical support, and customer service via phone, chat, and email.

I’m also a life coach and motivator with the name tag “MOTIVA-THOR”. I can listen to every primary concern in life even to the most complex of it. Dedicating my time to listening and sharing my experiences, I would say that 99% of the time my clients love the resolution and results. I find it very satisfying and fulfilling.

My professional experience has shaped me to be flexible and willing to always work on myself and my abilities in order to give effective and efficient service. Additionally, it has improved my resourcefulness and given me the ability to find a solution despite limitations and uncertainty.

With the experience I gained from handling different lines of business, I have acquired several of my professional skills such as problem-solver, creative thinking, decision making, analytical, and time management. I also learned the basics of business analysis, process improvement, cybersecurity and intelligence, data visualization with excel, and management consulting presentation.

I also love editing videos and photos since it gives me the sensation of art and creativity resulting in a great masterpiece.

In addition to the skill set I’ve developed from my professional experiences, I can also contribute my positive outlook and desire to learn to gradually and effectively help the organisation reach its goals while I seek to accomplish mine. Despite the fact that I’m new to this position, I think I can contribute to the team.

I’ve spent the majority of my working life in offices, so I’m looking forward to working from the comfort of my home with great excitement.

I would really love to be a virtual assistant and I am aware that I still lack experience and must learn new abilities. That is the reason why I share this because I am persistent to win in life and I would like to motivate others that, you can pursue everything by believing that you can do it.
