I’ve been working as a Real Estate Analyst for quite a long time now. My duties and responsibilities as a Real Estate Analyst involved Financial Analysis, Email Management, Deal Analysis, Property Research, Pulling out of Sales Comps (Depending on a year like 1,2 or 5 years sales comps) Review of Documents for DocuSign, Date Entry, Data Basing, CRM Management, Graphic Designing for Powerpoint Presentation, Marketing Brochure, social media post, Property Analysis, Lead Generation, Calendar Management, Chat, and email support, and any other admin tasks. In addition, my role involves financial analysis for CAP Rate, IRR, Cash in Cash Return, Debt Coverage Ratio, Loan to Value, and more.

I am also proficient in using tools such as G-suits, Zoho, Mojo, Lexis, and Nexis, Crexi, Loopnet, Costar, Dropbox, DocuSign, Salesforce, eXp Realty, KVCore CRM, Canva, Asana, Slack Pero Con Leads, Linkedin Sales Navigator, Salesforce, Outlook email, Dropbox, MLS Listing, Excel and Google Spreadsheet, among others. I can also say that being organized is my biggest asset. To perform the task with a diverse skill set that will help clients streamline their business by taking care of the day-to-day tasks so they can focus on their long-term goals. I work to ensure that the operations are running smoothly & efficiently, shrinking their to-do list while helping them grow their business.

I have been working as a virtual assistant for 3 years and I always make sure I deliver the results needed in every task given.

In my personal life story, I am a breadwinner who provides the basic necessities at home. I enjoy cycling and surfing when I have free time since I live in the coastal part of Davao, where I can have a relaxing view to unwind while working. I always maintain the life-work balance as I believe that health is wealth. I previously worked as BS Executive of the Bank of the Philippine Island but since I wanted to explore the world of possibilities, I transitioned from the corporate world to virtual world. I was staying in Singapore and Malaysia when the pandemic hit the world. I went back to my place of Origin in Davao City where I found the love of my life, the beach.

Now, I am happily working remotely, serving clients what they need, giving them satisfaction from the service I offer while I am living my life. Nothing beats the work-life balance you are living.
