Geovanni Villones Gatoc – Team Leader

Hi I’m Geovanni Gatoc. Most of my peers would call me by my nickname, Gboy.

I have spent the last 13 years working within the BPO industry and will be celebrating my 10th year with my current company.

I started as a Technical Support Representative and eventually joined the Workforce team after almost 13 months and I am now part of the Operations team as a supervisor for Comcast since 2014.

I have spent most of my work experience inside the office and I am very excited about and looking forward to working in the comfort of my own home.

Outside work, I would usually spend my free time either playing basketball and earlier this year discovered the very challenging but wonderful world of Cycling. It just brings back a lot of childhood memories.

With the experience I gained from handling different teams – from the tenured down to the newly hired – I have learned that the very important part in any job you may take is the relationship you create with all of your members.

At home, I’m a loving husband and a responsible dad to my 9 year old daughter and 3 year old boy – the main reason why I wanted to work remotely. I want to spend time with them while getting the fulfillment of doing the job I have loved and been thankful for over the years.
