  • Intercompany transactions, loans and monthly reconciliations
  • Process banking including deposits
  • GST and BAS preparation and lodgment
  • BAS and Annual taxable payments reports
  • Prepare company cashflow statements and forecasts
  • Prepare Rolling invoice schedules and rolling cashflow schedules
  • Prepare weekly accounts reports
  • Keep accurate company balance sheets
  • Track and report on project profitability
  • Processing payroll and commissions along with preparing and lodging Payroll tax, PAYG and Superannuation
  • Prepare and present Profit and Loss statements on a monthly basis to the Directors and General Manager
  • Prepare other financial reports as required
  • Provide management accounting insights to improve business performance
  • Monitor and keep safe company credit cards and ensure timely payment for all purchases
  • Maintain employee personnel files as to classification, rates of pay, leave entitlements (annual, sick, long service, time in lieu), deductions, salary sacrifice arrangements and superannuation
  • Contributing to the ongoing success of the business by ensuring all legal, statutory and corporate compliance is maintained and upheld
  • Liaise with open and honest communication with the external accountant and human resources
  • Provide strong mentorship, leadership, accountability, and inspiration for your team
  • To collaborate and mastermind with other team members, to grow the highest levels of overall quality and productivity

Compliance

  • Lead by example and meet all safety standards and regulations

  • Implement, develop, oversee, prepare and review reports as required by management
