An Australian Company is looking for a Virtual Assistant who is experienced in both Administrative and Bookkeeping tasks.

Tasks:

Admin:

  • Order entries – on a daily basis or whenever an order comes through
  • Return Auth/Credit Memo – whenever the need arises
  • Proof Of Deliveries
  • Bill entry – whenever the need arises
  • Answer to customer inquiries

Bookkeeping/Accounting:

  • Daily Bank entries – using screenshots sent by team members to make payments and deposits on NetSuite
  • Send customer statements – done every end of the month
  • Coles/Woolworths Supermarket Claims
  • Coles/Woolworths Supermarket Unpaid
  • AR Outstanding – whenever the need arises
  • Bank Reconciliation
  • Filing & file name conventions
