Responsibilities:

  • Update operations manual to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
  • Answer incoming calls with professionalism and a friendly demeanor.
  • Manage appointments, including scheduling and changes.
  • Design eye-catching banners and sandwich signs to enhance – brand presence.
  • Generate reports on payments, new patient intake, and appointment attendance.
  • Proactively reach out to patients who have cancelled or missed appointments.
  • Maintain our online presence by updating Google and Facebook regularly.
  • Keep diary organized and up-to-date to optimize scheduling.
  • Send appointment reminders to patient.
  • Coordinate with new patients referred by their GPs to schedule appointments.
  • Assist with marketing efforts by drafting emails to GPs and designing marketing materials.
  • Manage Shopify platform by updating inventory and processing orders.
  • Create and maintain training manuals for staff members.
  • Solicit and manage Google reviews on a weekly basis.
  • Support recruitment efforts by advertising roles and tracking candidates.
  • Promote sales and services through various channels.
  • Undertake other administrative tasks as needed.
