The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, technical proficiency, and a keen eye for detail. This is a remote position offering flexible working hours.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Tasks:
- Prepare and send out certificates.
- Perform mail merges and manage bulk communications.
- Organise and maintain Dropbox files and folders.
- Create and manage Microsoft fillable forms.
- Manage calendars, including scheduling and coordinating appointments.
Content Management:
- Assist in creating and uploading website content.
- Upload and format blog posts provided by the client.
- Format documents for professional presentation.
- Design and create fillable PDFs for various purposes.
Email Management:
- Respond to emails on behalf of the client.
- Reach out to and follow up with clients and stakeholders via email.
Support for Health Coaching Business:
- Provide administrative support to streamline the health coaching services.
- Coordinate content and communications related to the health coaching business.
