The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, technical proficiency, and a keen eye for detail. This is a remote position offering flexible working hours.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Tasks:

  • Prepare and send out certificates.
  • Perform mail merges and manage bulk communications.
  • Organise and maintain Dropbox files and folders.
  • Create and manage Microsoft fillable forms.
  • Manage calendars, including scheduling and coordinating appointments.

Content Management:

  • Assist in creating and uploading website content.
  • Upload and format blog posts provided by the client.
  • Format documents for professional presentation.
  • Design and create fillable PDFs for various purposes.

Email Management:

  • Respond to emails on behalf of the client.
  • Reach out to and follow up with clients and stakeholders via email.

Support for Health Coaching Business:

  • Provide administrative support to streamline the health coaching services.
  • Coordinate content and communications related to the health coaching business.
