We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented General Virtual Assistant to support content creation, digital asset management, and administrative tasks across our marketing operations. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable producing simple content, managing documentation, and maintaining internal systems such as SharePoint or intranet platforms. The ideal candidate is proactive, organised, and able to work independently while supporting a wide range of digital and administrative needs.
Key Responsibilities
– Content Creation & Publishing
– Write social media posts, articles, and simple content as needed
– Publish content across relevant platforms
– Create graphics, brochures, and other marketing materials
– Make updates, edits, and amendments to existing content
Marketing & Administrative Support
– Perform data entry tasks, including updating and maintaining client lists
– Assist with basic content formatting and layout
– Support ongoing marketing initiatives with simple creative tasks
SharePoint / Intranet Management
– Manage documentation storage, organisation, and access
– Maintain orderly digital filing systems
– Ensure documents are properly stored, updated, and easy to locate
– Support version control and file ordering
