Role:

General Administration Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Email / Calendar management
  • Word, Excel, PowerPoint – creation of documentation, meeting minutes, maintain spreadsheet databases, update presentation material etc.
  • Data Entry / Electronic Filing
  • Client contact – through email and chat
  • Creating Newsletters and sending out through Mailchimp
  • Social Media posts – can use Canva for graphic creation

Software Knowledge Requirements:

Office 365 and Microsoft Apps
