General Administration Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Email / Calendar management
- Word, Excel, PowerPoint – creation of documentation, meeting minutes, maintain spreadsheet databases, update presentation material etc.
- Data Entry / Electronic Filing
- Client contact – through email and chat
- Creating Newsletters and sending out through Mailchimp
- Social Media posts – can use Canva for graphic creation
Software Knowledge Requirements:
Office 365 and Microsoft Apps
