We are seeking an experienced Simpro Expert to assist one of our clients in managing and optimising their Simpro system. This role is key to ensuring that business operations run smoothly, with a focus on scheduling, dispatching, invoicing, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
– Oversee and optimise the Simpro system for seamless operations
– Ensure accurate scheduling, dispatching, and invoicing processes
– Maintain job data, inventory, and service reports within Simpro
– Provide ongoing support and training to staff on Simpro usage
– Identify and implement improvements to enhance system efficiency
– Troubleshoot and resolve any Simpro-related issue
– Ensure Simpro integrates effectively with other business systems
Qualifications:
– Proven experience with Simpro
– Experience working in construction or a related industry is a plus
– Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
– Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
– Excellent communication skills and ability to train team members
