Can You Juggle Calendars, Inboxes, Invoices—and Still Stay Ahead? We’re currently hiring an experienced Virtual Assistant to support the daily operations of one of our valued clients — a growing business that needs a strong right hand to keep things running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
– Manage the director’s calendar, inbox, tasks, and appointments
– Enter and track jobs using ShopVox and Redbook
– Provide daily job updates to customers and coordinate with production
– Handle invoicing, quotes, purchase orders, and account reconciliation in Xero
– Book freight, installs, and travel as needed
– Maintain job schedules and assist with reporting and tender proposals
– Monitor shared inboxes and support sales, project management, and marketing
– Help organise files and assist with internal processes and communications

Ideal Candidate:
– Experienced in executive, operations or admin support roles
– Proven experience in using tools like Xero, ShopVox, and Google Workspace
– Strong multitasker with excellent attention to detail and communication skills
– Able to work independently and manage priorities across teams
