We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our dynamic team in the construction, steel fabrication, and commercial development sectors. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations, effective communication, and efficient management of administrative and marketing tasks.

Key Responsibilities

1. Scheduling & Calendar Management

  • Coordinate and schedule meetings for clients and internal teams
  • Manage calendar invites and reminders for key personnel
  • Assist with weekly and monthly planning sessions

2. Reporting & Documentation

  • Support the preparation of weekly progress and monthly reports
  • Assist with claims submittal and invoicing processes
  • Maintain organized records of project documentation

3. Lead Generation & Marketing Support

  • Conduct research for lead generation and outreach
  • Manage outbound emails to prospects and follow up on leads
  • Assist with lead evaluation and company checks

4. Content & Social Media Management

  • Create and schedule content for social media platforms
  • Support the management of our YouTube channel and other digital marketing initiatives

5. CRM & App Management

  • Manage and update the CRM (Go High Level App) for lead and client information

6. General Project Coordination

  • Assist with project management and coordination tasks
  • Handle requests for information and procurement support

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency with office software (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace)
  • Experience with CRM tools and social media platforms is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
