Good day, I am Architect Kristian Bautista, a Registered and Licensed Architect in the Philippines. I am also licensed in Master Plumbing, Environmental Planning and a Certified BERDE Professional. I have been in the practice for 14 years now, catering to Planning and Design and Management and Construction.

To give you a background about me, my first work experience mainly focused on Planning and Design for medium scale to large scale projects such as Multi-Storey Residence for Low-Income Groups, Office Building, Commercial Markets and a 5-Storey + Roofdeck Condominum with Commercial Areas. Experience in Planning and Design alone will not suffice the overall practice in architecture that is why I shifted to Design & Build industry which also caters Construction & Project Management. Notable projects that I have handled are Master Planning of Subdivision+Commercial Strip, Project Management of Residential Houses & Restaurants and small scale construction such as interior fit-outs.

Now, in my private practice, I focus on Design and Build. I provide Planning, Design, Management & Construction services. Notable Projects that I have handled are mostly planning and design of Residential Houses, Bar and Restaurants, Food Court Stalls, Small scale offices, Resorts, Church and some competitions. I have also done Design and Build Projects but mostly Interior Fit-Outs which includes scope of civil works, electrical, plumbing, carpentry and finishing works. Other projects also depends on the client and whether they have a chosen designer or contractor.

Every now and then, I see to it that I am able to learn new skills or improve a certain skill in order to perfect my craft. I am still a work in progress and I am willing to learn more.

I have no experience in Virtual Assistance, but basically, I can see myself as to how I handle my previous clients will be the same with this one. My workflow is I first gather information about the client’s ideas, vision and expectations of the project then I infuse my ideas after. I show all the possibilities that the client and design can have to see the maximum potential of the project.
