I completed my study in Chittagong City because of my father’s job in a shipping company. When I was a student at School and College I was very active in my study and other activities like plays, art, craft, song, dance, and many other things which I saw once and was willing to have a go at. I was a member of Girl Guides and Red Crescent. From that time I earned money from teaching younger students, and I put that money towards my studies. In our family, I have four brothers and one sister, so it was very difficult to for my father to support everyone’s educational funding requirements.
I completed Masters in Accounting and MBA in Finance. I have six years practical professional experience in the Finance Department of an American Multinational Company as a Team leader of 13 people. I left the job because of my baby at the time of my promotion to a Managerial position.
Now I am an Accountant and Virtual Assistant serving client worldwide. I am a level one seller in Fiverr market and also in Upwork.
I can do Bookkeeping, Accounting, Quickbooks and Xero. I can perform all the work of Quickbooks and Xero like Accounts Setting, Categorise (create chart of accounts), Categorise expenses, bill, invoice, receipt, payment, import statement (customer, supplier, bank, etc), reconciliation bank and credit card statement, prepare report supplier, customer, trial balance, trading accounts, P&L accounts/Income statement, Balance sheet, Cashflow statement and many more reports as per buyer requirements.
I can do all virtual assistant jobs, administrative, Customer service, Email handling, Drop box, data entry, Lead generation, web research, data scraping, filing, organising documentation, invoicing, purchase order, Google docs, Affiliate and spreadsheet. I can operate GoogleSuite, Trello, and Slack.
I can convert files from PDF to Excel, PDF to Word, Excel to PDF, MSG/EML/PST/ZIP to PDF and also can convert XML, CSV, PNG and many more. Also I can edit all kinds of documents.
Earlier I developed an accounting system for a small company start-up. It covered Invoice, Petty cash, Sales statement, Journal, Ledger, Trail Balance, Trading Account, Profit and Loss Account, and Balance Sheet. I also communicate with the Bank and customers to solve any problems, and performed customer follow ups for payment.
I can also do Export and Import LC related work , commercial documentation, Foreign Exchange related jobs, and freight forwarder related jobs.
I am reliable, hardworking, genuine and trustworthy. I always care about Customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
