John has been in the Customer Service Industry for 7 years. He has excellent knowledge of MS Office applications, Avaya Proactive Contact, Dialpad, Google Suite, Zendesk, and CRM's and is also knowledgeable in creating process procedures.

Jolan has been working in the BPO industry since 2009. He is currently working as a Chat Support Representative at a well-known BPO and is tasked with responding to chats and troubleshooting client complaints.
