I am Elyssa Blair M. San Luis and I am excited to be a part of your team!
I worked in the BPO industry for more than 5 years. I was a customer service associate for numerous accounts including e-commerce, banking (US and UK based banks) and telecommunications.
Like everything else, I was hesitant to work in this field at first since it will be a new experience for me. I may not be born ready for this but I am naturally persistent. I turn my fear into excitement. I open myself to feedback and study everything that I can dig from my research about the account I am working for. I also check comments from customers because they are the best critics about the services they received.
I am a customer satisfaction (CSAT) champion and I love talking to customers. I was trained how to deal with irate individuals and how to show empathy or to make them feel valued. I am not just hearing their inquiry but I listened to them. In this way I can provide a resolution that is tailor made for them.
Working in this industry taught me how to be patient, how to work under pressure by giving resolutions as quickly as possible and most importantly, it gives me the sense of fulfillment by providing exceptional customer experience to our clients.
I am a mother of two wonderful kids.
It’s challenging to work in an office-based environment because I have to commute for hours. Though I love my previous job, I needed to give it up for my children. That’s when I decided to work from home. I was an ESL tutor for both young kids and adults for quite some time. I love working at home because I can fulfill my duties as a mother and also provide the needs of my children.
I am very passionate in what I do. I am also a risk taker and I love going the extra mile to provide what is asked of me.
I do believe in the old saying “What goes around comes around”. I always treat everyone the way I want to be treated, the same thing applies to the quality of my work.
