Irish Aperong – Customer Service Representative

irish-joy-aperong-vaHi, Good Day! Call me Veronica. After I graduated from college, I worked as a Stock In Charge at a mall where I monitor and audit the quality and quantity of our furniture. While it was a good job, the pay wasn’t enough. I decided to transfer to Davao City to look for better opportunities and was thankful enough to land a job in one of the biggest BPO companies in the Philippines.

I was assigned in a Financial Account under the Documents Department where we receive documents and emails for identity verification and cancellation. It was challenging for me because we dealt with a lot of irate customers. After 6 months, I was assigned to do inbound and outbound phone calls. We were required to get 80 to 100 calls everyday, especially during tax season. After a while, I had to quit my job due to family problems.

After everything was sorted out, I decide to go back to Davao and worked as a Customer Service Representative for 6 months, after which, I was promoted to a Subject Matter Expert. I do one-on-one coaching, lead my team, and take supervisor calls. We also train the newly hired agents and teach them everything they irish-joy-aperong-vaneed to know about our products and services. I also experienced working as a part time Social Media Manager where I managed the company’s social media accounts including Instagram, Facebook and Pinterest. Due to the global pandemic, I lost my job and are now on the search to find a new one.

I am confident that I can offer my full commitment. I have integrity, self-discipline, and can work under pressure. My long term experience in the Customer Service Industry has taught me how to meet and exceed each customer’s expectation with excellent Customer care and Service.

I look forward to working with you soon.
