Born in Quezon City (Metro Manila / National Capital Region) on January 30, 1978. I am single, a Filipino citizen, and a Roman Catholic belief. Average in Communication Skills, fluent in, Filipino (Tagalog), English (American and Australian), and minor Nihongo (Japanese). I am responsible in every task given, prioritising my work, resourceful, punctual and hardworking. I like dealing with other people, communicating, adapting to new trends and being willing to work with anyone.
My first job experience was organising educational symposiums or meetings for medical fields catering nursing students, teachers and professors from different famous colleges and universities in the entire country (Philippines) for the company MICEP(Mique International Conference and Event Planner) which is a field work. Inviting a well-known writer guest speaker from overseas (United States of America).
After my event planning gig, I then studied Nihongo Language and went to overseas (Japan) for a job opportunity as a factory worker at the same time as a machine operator for the company name YAMASOU KOGYOU – A sub contractor company SUN WAVE of Japan for supplying pre-fabricated kitchen tables installation for new household.
After the contract finished, I went back home and started working with my first BPO, which was Teleperformance. I then trained for the internet connection ADSL for the account Telstra-Bigpond supporting household end users in Australia spending for seven months.
I got a new job offer from another BPO/ In House company OCSI(Orchid Cybertech Services Incorporated) it was a TPG’s satellite office in the Philippines which is the second largest telecom company in Australia named TPG(Total Peripheral Group) which use the network of Optus then switch to Vodafone) but now it was under the Tech Mahindra Group of Companies of India. I served as a mobile technical support and the main function is to activate a sim card and do some troubleshooting for no signal and activate an international roaming service while the customer was spending overseas then crossed the train for billing for processing for top upon of extra data block, processing monthly renewal fee and monitoring usages / owing balance then lately crossed trained to NBN(National Broadband Network) connection for home internet end user such as FTTB / FTTH/ FTTP/ FTTC/ FTTN /Wireless Broadband/ Broadband USB Stick.
Experienced a work-from-home set-up during the world wide Covid-19 Pandemic for three years in the year, and then in 2023, I worked on a hybrid set-up where I spent three days working from home and two days working onsite. I spent a total of 13 years working in the BPO industry.
