Mark Kevin M. Mauricio – Customer Service Specialist

Hi my name is Mark Kevin, but you can call me Mark 🙂

When I was still a student, I was part of the design team in our church. We organise, design and create artworks for our fellow church members. Being a part of this great ministry has truly made me a better person. It gave the an opportunity to meet with many good people and be inspired by them.

I was also a team leader in many school projects, like my thesis. They always chose me to be the leader because they trust and rely on me. Being a team leader taught me a lot of life lessons that I can later use to inspire more people.

I’m a Graduate of BSBA – Major in Marketing Management. I have more than 3 years of BPO experience both in Sales and Customer Service from a Financial, Online Shopping and Telecommunications Company. I learned many valuable professional skills such as customer communications, customer satisfaction, and order processing.

Working in the BPO industry is challenging but it made me a stronger and smarter person. I became highly organised and well-disciplined multi-tasker with an outstanding performance.

I am a goal-driven, performance and result-oriented person. Every time I have a goal that I want to achieve, I always write it on a piece of paper, create a map and then strategise everything to achieve my goal. I also do meditations so that I can focus well on my goals. My motto is “efficient performance produces outstanding results”.

In everything that I do, I always make sure that I do an excellent job.

I have been consistently praised by my professors, superiors and peers. Whether working in academic, extracurricular, or professional projects, I apply critical-thinking, proper time management, and effective communication. I hope to use these skills to help me become a highly efficient Virtual Assistant.

I am currently still single and living with my family. Being single has a lot of benefits. I can freely hang out with my friends to watch movies or TV series, play online games and most of all read self-improvement books. My favorite books are ‘The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People’, ’80/20 Principle’, ‘Self Mastery and Thinking Strategically’. I love these books because they have greatly improved my life and well-being.

What keeps me motivated? My dream to have a successful career and brighter future.
