Renz Bautista – CSR and Social Media Manager

Hi, I’m Renz Bautista, but you can just call me Renz. I graduated with a degree in Aircraft Mechanic Technology from the Philippine State College of Aeronautics.

While I was studying, I wanted to help my family with household expenses. Then, when COVID-19 hit, I suddenly had a lot of free time during the lockdown. That’s when I started looking for online jobs to earn some money. I came across a video about becoming a moderator in quality assurance at Remotask, and that’s where my journey began. Through that role, I was able to earn money and help my parents with the bills.

During this time, I also took advantage of free online courses and seminars. I discovered Coursera, where I completed a Data Analytics course and a Basics of SEO course, earning certifications along the way.

After graduating, I actively searched for online jobs that would allow me to work from home. However, as the world started recovering from the pandemic, remote opportunities became less common. So, I decided to develop my communication skills and explore customer service roles. This industry turned out to be an exciting experience I learned so much, and I never stopped upskilling.

Now, I’ve expanded my skill set to include video editing and graphic design, allowing me to be more flexible and open to new opportunities. One of my strongest qualities is my ability to work independently while also thriving in a team environment. My colleagues can rely on me with minimal supervision, and I continue to grow professionally.

At this point, I’m ready to take on new challenges as a Virtual Assistant. I’m confident that clients can trust me with tasks, knowing that I have developed a strong skill set and a mindset geared toward continuous learning. I believe that in this industry, growth never stops and that’s what excites me the most. I’m passionate about acquiring new knowledge and ensuring that my work aligns with my clients’ goals, delivering results that exceed expectations.
