Anthea Norain Bermudez – CSR and Document Reviewer
Hi, I’m Anthea Norain S. Bermudez – 25 years of age and I live in the southern part of the Philippines. I am a graduating student at the University of Mindanao but due to this pandemic, I can’t continue the remaining semester of my studies. I have 1 year and three months of work experience.
I was a document reviewer for a transportation account in Alorica Davao. My task there was to approve/reject applicant driver documents for driver applicants. I had to verify each document that meets the standard required for each state in which the driver is applying for. I also documented each approved and rejected driver profile. I would also email driver applicants and explain the specific requirements needed for them to get approved. I handled basic troubleshooting for software updates and tool upgrades and after 11 months of staying in the company, I decided to leave. After a few months, I worked again with another BPO company.
I was an account associate for a telecommunications account in VXI holdings Davao. During my stay in VXI, I was assigned to respond to customer queries about the services, equipment, promotions, roaming, and billings. I also handled customer requests for payments, activations, upgrades, and other services. I enhanced customer retention and satisfaction by providing outstanding and prompt customer services and also maintain up-to-date knowledge about our products and services. I had to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products and rate plans, address and resolve customer concerns promptly. We also handled large volumes of calls every day.
With my experience, I have developed proficient typing skills, computer skills, and knowledge of relevant software packages. I also know about basic literacy and organisational abilities. With my experience, I have acquired good communication skills, both written and verbal, a polite phone manner and good customer service skills. I am also well versed in different environments.
My skills include knowledge with tools such as CRM, Zendesk, Avaya Phone, Rio, Microsoft tools, Google sheets, Google hangouts, and Slack.
