Cristy Escamilla – CSR and Virtual Assistance
I am a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Office Administration. At the age of 20, I started working as an English Teacher here in my town. English is my passion, therefore I believe I have great skills in expressing myself in English.
A year after graduating, I flew to Manila to work as a Health Care Associate in a BPO Company for 4 years. As a call centre newbie, I was able to learn a lot of things including, how to achieve your top performance and maintain it to keep your job. Believe me, it was challenging, but I did well. So I was chosen for a promotion to Floor Support and to assist newbies when it comes to product knowledge.
I decided to go back to my home town in Bacolod City for good so I could be with my family. I started working with Comcast as a Customer Service Representative, collection specialist and billing specialist. As I continue to work hard and with great performance I have been promoted 4 times. I was a floor support, product trainer, assistant team leader and finally account supervisor. My job experiences include, assisting and motivating team members, one on one coaching, team meetings, sales coaching, operation meetings, taking supervisor and manager calls and a lot more.
