Franz Velarde – Administrative Assistant

Hi, I’m Franz, I’m a multimedia artist. I specialise in illustration. I’ve been working as a designer for 5 years now and since then I’ve handled a lot of clients overseas. In my past works, I’ve been doing a lot of marketing collaterals mainly for social media and website ads.

Throughout childhood, I’ve always enjoyed tinkering with a video camera and creating my own movies.
However, I did not immediately realise my strength of passion for videography. I realised my desire to pursue being an artist and entered a school (De La Salle College of Saint Benilde) where I could pursue my dreams as an Artist.

I would describe myself as an energetic person. I’m always positive about working on my projects and very passionate about my designs. I’m a calm, level-headed individual who loves to meet new people, embrace new experiences, and I have an interesting sense of humour that often leaves others laughing.

I love to challenge myself by studying new things, some of which include, animation, graphic design and web design.

What makes me unique is that I’m very flexible when it comes to working, I know how to work on graphics and also on video since I have a degree in multimedia. I’m very passionate about modern designs nowadays. I like how designs transform each year and how technology and application evolve and improve.

I believe that I have enough abilities to be part of your production as I have completed a degree course that helped me learn more about multimedia.
I am compassionate and committed to work. I easily learn new skills and technologies and adapt to changes. I can tailor designs to meet the unique needs of the customers and also have the capability to understand colours, illustrations and animations. Lastly, I have good intrapersonal skills that are important in a Design team.
