Hello! My name is Janiah, my friends call me Niah. From a young age, I was always the go-to person among my friends and family for organising events, solving problems, and finding ways to make things run more smoothly. That natural inclination for helping people and ensuring everything fell into place led me to pursue a career where I could bring that same efficiency to a larger scale.
I started my career in customer service with Harte-Hanks, where I honed my skills in managing client issues and leading teams to meet tight deadlines. Over the years, I quickly realised that my true passion lay not just in helping others but in creating systems and processes that allowed businesses to thrive. This passion led me to explore roles in operations management and digital marketing, where I could use my skills to enhance team performance and customer experiences.
In my role as Digital Marketing Associate at Altenew, I took pride in improving the way the brand interacted with customers, assisting in research and content creation that resonated with the audience. I continued to develop my ability to lead, optimise, and streamline workflows as an Operations Supervisor, where I drove improvements in project workflows and client service. This experience deepened my understanding of how crucial operational efficiency and customer satisfaction are to business success.
I also love travelling and have seen 25 countries so far. I believe you learn more about life when you experience different cultures and talk to people from different backgrounds. This experience sharpened my skills in understanding what motivates people and listening more to what they need.
Today, as I transition into a Virtual Assistant role, I bring with me a wealth of knowledge in customer service, digital marketing, and operations. I’m eager to combine my skills in streamlining processes and helping others with my love for travel and exploration. My goal is to make every interaction smooth, every task handled efficiently, and every client experience exceptional.
