Jorace Gonzales Moriño – CSR, Travel Specialist and Teacher

Hi! My name is Jorace.

I took up Bachelor of Arts major in English. I am fond of reading books, watching TV series and surfing the internet. I have clear communication skills be it via phone, chat or email.

I have worked in the Business Processing Outsourcing industry for several years both as a Customer Service Representative and as a Sales Representative. These years of experience in the BPO world really helped me a lot in honing my skills and provided me with a platform to acquire new knowledge.

I would say that it enhanced my ability to work around a problem and provide solutions for it. Handling complaints and concerns of not just one but several customers helped me to be more patient and understanding even in the most impossible situations.

I also have basic knowledge in document preparation, maintaining files and record keeping.

I may be new to the freelancing world and I know that there are a lot of things that I need to learn and improve on, but I know that my determination and positive attitude would be my key to be successful in this field. I hope and pray for that one person that will give me a chance so that I could prove my worth.
