Sharon Antonio – Virtual Assistant, Recruitment Coordinator

Hi there! I am Sharon Antonio, you can call me Sharon. I am a fur mom with 3 cute dogs and 1 sweet cat. I graduated with a Business Administration major in Human Resource Management and earned my Master’s in Management. I’m a lifelong learner and love staying ahead of my craft. Whether it’s collaborating with teams or brainstorming the next big idea, I bring energy and creativity to everything I do.

I was in my junior career level as a Regional HR Coordinator for a Finance Corporation wherein I dealt with all HR facets of the company from recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, employee benefits and compensation, payroll, and labour relations, etc. Then the pandemic came and it showed me an opportunity to work remotely and introduced me to the world of freelancing or being a virtual assistant. Without hesitation, even though it’s all new to me, I grab the opportunity and understand the new and exciting environment I will be in.

I must say, it was not easy but I have conquered it all from changing my body clock to understanding diverse cultures, and upgrading my skills. I am a dedicated professional and have developed my understanding with my more than 2 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant Recruitment Coordinator in a US-based outsourcing company.

I’ve had the opportunity to handle various clients which helped me develop and enhance my organisation skills, detail-oriented skills, and problem-solving skills. I have demonstrated expertise in managing emails, calendars, scheduling, and coordination. My strong communication skills enable me to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate clearly and concisely. I am passionate about providing top-notch support and placing top talent in various opportunities.
