Glaiza graduated from college with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration Major in Business Management. She is familiar with Microsoft Office and Google Suite. Glaiza also knows how to work with Dropbox, Trello, Hootsuite Skype and Zoom, and can perform basic graphic design using Canva and Adobe Photoshop.

Jhedy's communication skills is one of his best assets. He has been working in the BPO industry for a year and does his best to build relationships with clients and colleagues.

Rovijane has developed skills in data entry, customer service, database management, sales reporting, supplies management and using excel and other computer applications used in an office environment.

Ellen worked as a Customer Service Representative in a BPO Company then was promoted as a Quality Assurance Specialist and handled twenty or more Customer Service Representatives.

I worked as a sales promoter and then after, I worked as a ware-houseman/admin. I know I still need more experience and need to explore new skills. I am willing to learn and share my knowledge from my 14 years of work experience.

I am an Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) Specialist with experience designing WordPress websites. I also have experience in Customer Service and and Encoding. I am good with problem solving, Microsoft apps, and I am trustworthy and reliable.
