Aubryan recently worked as an IT Helpdesk Support for a veterinary practice software company. He managed tickets through a ticketing system through Freshdesk and provided support through email, chat and phone calls.
I worked as a Customer Service Representative, a Technical Support Representative in the BPO industry and became a Technical Advisor for Apple products. Now, I want to pursue working as a Virtual Assistant. I’ve been taking VA trainings to add and improve the skills that I’ve gained from my experiences.
I have experience in the BPO industry for almost three years as a Technical Support Representative and a Customer Service Specialist. I have experience with irate callers, passive callers and learned how to respond to them appropriately and resolve their concerns as accurately as possible.
