Abigail B. Rosario – Real Estate Salesperson
I am Abigail B. Rosario, some call me Abby, Bi, or Taby, but I prefer you to call me Abby. I am 25 years old, living here in Cabuyao, Laguna.
I’ve been working for 7 years now, hopping from one company to another. I’ve worked as part of the service crew in a semi-restaurant, secretary in a chemical solution company, and call center agent in a BPO industry.
I just resigned from my Customer Care Specialist job because I would love to try working from home. I would love to experience being in the comfort of my home while earning at the same time, especially now that I want to have more time serving the Lord and bond with my family. It’s like work without hassle and enjoying more.
I read somewhere that VAs sometimes do administrative tasks, which is one of the things that I used to do when I was working as a secretary. It was really fun for me and I love doing it, honestly.
In terms of chat and email support, and making inbound and outbound calls, I’ve gained a lot of experience with that from the BPO industry. What I learned is that you need to have a lot of patience to talk with hungry and angry customers if you want to have a high rating or what we call Customer Satisfaction.
Right now I’m trying to look for a job that can sustain the needs of my family and myself as well. I’m a hardworking person, fast-learner, can adapt with any work environment and I am very patient. I would love to learn more things about this industry and I hope I can help you with that.
