Avelino L. Madrigal, Jr. – Customer Service Specialist

Hi! I`m Avelino Madrigal Jr, 24 years old, a licensed criminologist but before I passed the board exam I have been in the BPO industry as a customer service representative (CSR).

I learned a lot of things being a CSR. I have spoken to more than a hundred customers every single day with different nationalities and accents. I learned to adjust to their situation while giving them the best service that I can give. Going that extra mile for the customer has always been my way of satisfying them. I always maximise my resources to give them the best service that I and the company has to offer.

I am a fast learning individual and can easily adjust to different types of situation with less supervision and that`s one of the reasons why I was endorsed to different sets of skills from the company I have been with. Receiving a lot of commendations, awards and rewards made me motivated to work harder and smarter. I am always motivated and a positive-thinker. I do believe that whatever task that is given to me should be done in a timely manner and with excellent output.

I do not have any virtual assistant experience as of the moment, however my willingness to learn and with my experience as a CSR, I am quite sure that I can be an effective VA. Based on my research I am very sure that I will love this kind of job. I have experience working in an office-based company for a long period of time and I have experienced the sacrifices commuting from home to the office – however it never affected my performance, so I`m quite sure that I`ll be even more effective working in the comfort of my own home.

Aside from working, I hike. I’ve been to different huge mountains in the Philippines. I love being on top of the mountains seeing things from a bird`s eye-view angle – it keeps me alive and fit, and has also been my stress relieving activity. Aside from hiking, I also do motorcycle riding. This has been my mode of transportation wherever I want to go as long as I can ride.

I do believe that we only die once so we should value everything that has been given to us, forget negativity and spread love and positivity, love and value the things that keep us alive regardless of whether it`s work or your hobby.
