Cameron Hernandez – Digital Marketing, Sales, and Creatives Consultant

I am Cameron Raphael Hernandez, you can call me Cam. I am a single dad of 2 lovely girls and an amazing boy. I always want the best for my kids, so I make sure that I develop my skills and knowledge in different areas. I believe in the “Kaizen” mindset which means “continuous improvement”. My eldest daughter is now in Senior High, and going to one of the best schools here in the Philippines. My second daughter is graduating with honors and my son is also a consistent honor student. They also have several extra-curricular activities. I am so proud of my kids that’s why I sometimes cannot stop talking about them! Haha. I just believe that all my hard work is paying off.

I have been in sales for more than half of my life. I have worked consecutively with Unilever Philippines and San Miguel Corporation as a Customer Development Manager and as a Sales Manager. After being a VP for Business Development in another industry, I decided to focus more on digital marketing. I applied as a Sales Head in one of the best digital marketing companies in the Philippines so that I can help them grow the business and at the same time learn digital marketing. I was able to learn by doing, through our company’s training programs, and by asking our SMEs.

Even before the pandemic hit, I was getting projects in the US as a lead manager and social media manager and during the pandemic, I decided to go full-time. This is where I learned how to handle and manage 3-4 clients at the same time doing lead management and social media management for real estate clients. I was also a social media manager for a tech company.

Over the years, I learned so much in sales that I can relate it to the content that I am working on especially when the objective of the content is conversion. I also learned and still learning SEO and SEM, video editing, graphic design, and all the other skills that are necessary for digital marketing.

Lastly, I am proud to say, that through my creativity and by becoming a visionary, I founded Philippine Graphic Artists 9 years ago, it is a Facebook group that now has more than 100,000 members and Musician’s Domain with over 15,000 members.

I want to keep on growing for myself and my kids so I will never sit on my laurels. I will continue having the “Kaizen” mindset so I can serve my clients best.
