Jaeanne Eustaquio – Bookkeeper

My name is Jaeanne and I have been to different industries for the past 16 years as a bookkeeper. I came from a middle-class family. I am the second child among 4 siblings. I want to become a CPA someday and hoping I can do my master’s soon once I find a stable income that can sustain our expenses, especially for my little one. I’m a goal setter. I want to provide a good future for my little one that’s why I want to be in an organisation that is career and family-oriented. I want to share my knowledge with my colleagues and vice versa.

I graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Financial and Management Accounting. I have strong analytical and problem-solving skills that helped my previous employers achieve their goals. One of my expertise is using QuickBooks, which most companies are using in their operation. I can work with minimum supervision. I am a fast learner and I have the ability to work under pressure. After I graduated last 2006, I worked in a bank for 5 years before I tried my luck abroad, specifically in Bahrain as an OFW from 2013 up to 2021.

In my recent employment, I do almost all the work when it comes to accounting/bookkeeping because it’s a small company. I’m good at multi-tasking and proficient in the use of Microsoft applications. I used to deal with international suppliers and most of our communication is thru emails and phone calls. When it comes to other systems such as Xero, NetSuite and the like I already started to have an overview and analyse how it works and it seems easy same with the other systems I already used before.

I have an excellent understanding of processes in procurement & supply chain, construction & trucking, logistics, banking and aviation. I would say I can easily adapt to different industries as long as I give my 100% focus. Currently, I’m looking for a better opportunity where I can enhance my skills and knowledge. An organisation where I can showcase my talent and will let me grow. I do believe that I can be an additional asset to the company I will be joining (soon).
