Jaspher Lunasco – Architect

jaspher-lunasco-vaHi! I’m Jaspher and I am an only child. To give back for everything my parents have done for me, I work extra hard every day to provide for all their needs and wants. Currently, I am an architect who is proud of his technical knowledge in the design and construction of the built environment. I have been working for more than 5 years now, mainly on the production of construction documents. However, I am not new to the home-based environment and setup. I do have experience working remotely for an Abu Dhabi-based Landscape Architecture firm and other local construction firms.

I have had specialization in joineries and healthcare facilities and focus on each building type across the spectrum, including residential (both multi- and single-family dwelling), commercial, industrial (like car showrooms), and institutional (churches and government offices).

Throughout my collegiate and professional career, I was often branded as someone who’s good with numbers, having done estimation, quantity and quality surveying, and even supervision of construction work. And, if you reckon for any experience with the International Building Code- the majority of our local building codes, which I thoroughly studied, are based on the IBC, NFPA, CSI Masterformat, etc.

Gaining a clear and deep understanding of building materials and processes become truly beneficial for my long-term goal of being a great project manager. As a registered architect- good in designing, good in drafting, with awareness of laws and standards, I also currently seek to obtain PMI- Project Management Professional certification, and hopefully soon can I fulfill the dream of working outside the country and securing Permanent Residency in Australia.

jaspher-lunasco-vaI’ve been working with Autocad and Sketchup even before starting in the corporate, and throughout the years, I’ve gained great command of various other software including but not limited to: Enscape, Revit, Lumion, V-Ray, Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and Photoshop (Setup: 16 GB RAM/Intel core i5-11400H/RTX 3050 device, with at least 200 Mbps internet download/upload speed).

You can also have me work on technical writing of specifications, contracts, and Bills of Quantities/Materials, regularly submitting progress. You can count on me to quickly adapt to office operations- to be an ally who’d give 100% commitment.

My achievements include obtaining a license with a very decent score in a test where half the examinees fail and completing an office setup on par with the current global standards for Architectural practice- both during a pandemic, nonetheless.

It would be an advantage to have an asset like myself who loves what he does, being confined within remote Architectural work. I understand that reputation and finances are involved here and that a wrong step can jeopardize the team. With a wide variation of experience, including those of allied engineering fields like structural, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing, I can promise to support you through and through.
