Jemeliene Manio – Operations Lead
Hello. I’m Jemeliene Manio, from Malolos, Bulacan. I graduated with a degree in Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Bulacan State University. My hobbies are listening to music, watching movies and doing the household chores. My goal is to become successful in life, support the financial needs of my family and to have a comfortable life. I dream to have a job with your company and help me enhance my knowledge and skills I’m excited to share a brief overview of my professional journey with you.
I began my career at [National Statistics Office] as a Data Encoder/Data Processor, where I input data from the Census form into the NSO system/database. This experience honed my skills in data entry, and I learned how to manage this task accurately since the data should be entered correctly into the system.
After that, I worked in a BPO company named Mind Dragon Consultancy firm or GoWireless Philippines OPC from being an Associate Operations Analyst up to Operations Lead. Here, I was responsible for generating reports, data entry jobs -Inventory/Purchasing, Accounting and Operations department (mostly using Excel application) and managing the day-to-day operations of the BPO team. During my time there, I was able to handle different data entry tasks, minor and major projects and email management. Which allowed me to further develop my leadership skills, tasks and admin management and data entry skills.
Then the company changed from GoWireless Philippines OPC to HUKL Consultants OPC – starting up a new business based in the US – from Phone Retailer transitioned to Consulting/Client Services. Since it’s a client facing services, I got involved from meeting with the client to offering or showcasing our services and to successfully onboard the client to the team and leading to getting more clients through our services. This position enhanced my abilities in facing and managing a client and provided me with valuable experience in the consulting service industry.
Overall, for the past 12 years working in a BPO company, my career has been driven by a passion for managing a team, and I’m particularly skilled in data entry, reports generation, admin assistant and leadership. I’m always eager to tackle new challenges and contribute to innovative projects.
