Jo Ann Beseral – CSR and English Online Teacher

Hello, my name is Jo Ann Beseral. I was born and raised in the Philippines. My friends call me Jho.

I’ve been an online ESL teacher for more than 3 years now. I love interacting with people. As a matter of fact, I spent the last 2 1/2 years developing my skills as a customer service representative. Most of the time, I provide resolutions for buyer and seller queries.

I was also promoted in the escalation team wherein problems that were not resolved in the previous department are escalated and then resolutions are decided and acted upon.

During my service, I have won several performance awards for consecutive months which I can say reinforces the fact that I enjoy solving customer issues!

I love my job in the BPO industry…

It’s just that some things have happened, and now I need to personally attend to my family’s needs and stay at home. However, the feeling that I still need to earn for my family is one of my priorities. Thanks to the opportunities of working at home this became a possibility. I get to experience that feeling of control and freedom with my work while spending quality time with my family.

I’ve been working online for more than 3 years now, and helping others and resolving issues are my main goals. And to love and enjoy what you do helps you to become more effective and efficient. You have to be passionate and dedicated to every task assigned to you… and that describes me perfectly.
