Joseph Ferdinand B. Poquiz – Administrative Assistant
Good Day to everyone! My name is Joseph – my friends would call me Seph or Jeff. I was born in Manila, Philippines, but I’m currently residing in Valenzuela City.
I hold a Degree in Bachelor in Liberal Arts (Mass Communications). I have spent more than 10 years of my career in Dubai as an Administrative Staff / Document Controller in a construction company where we subcontract aluminium and glazing. This is where I learned about accuracy and efficiency as they are highly required skills for the job. Another skill that I’ve sharpened is being highly organised and knowing how to safeguard the company’s information as well as the information of clients.
Back in 2016, I decided to come back home here in the Philippines for good to be with my family. I decided to work from home and do some freelance work. I recently worked as a Web Researcher and Data Entry worker for more than two years. Though I might be new in this field, I am certain that my abilities, skills and experiences can be a big contribution to your team.
I mostly spend my free time with my family, especially with my 9-year old son. Most of my weekends are spent with my wife and son. I’m a big basketball fan and even at my not-so-young age, I still find time to play. I still dream of becoming a head coach even in a small community / association basketball league.
