Kaydeen Gaa – Customer Service Representative

Hi! I am Kaydeen Gaa, I am a 33 year old mother of 2 who has been a passionate and experienced customer service associate for the past 7 years.

I started working at an early age because of poverty. From working at McDonalds, I was fortunate to be hired as a customer service representative for a company in the United Kingdom. After that, I applied at a telecommunications company in the US and was hired as a back office assistant, handling post sale inquiries and order management.

I left the country for 2 years in 2010, to gain more experience and worked in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia as a medical secretary. I worked for the director of Pediatric Hospital in the Kingdom’s largest hospital in Riyadh. When I came back to the Philippines, I worked as a quality analyst for another American Telecommunications Company and handled email and chat customer assistance.

A film company in Australia gave me an opportunity to work from home from 2016 to 2018. I was hired as an email support representative but I am grateful that they also assigned me to different tasks like order and calendar management, social media management, basic graphic design and taught me basic accounting principles in Xero.

This year, I attended a training to know and understand more about the real estate industry. The training helped me learn the different terms used in the business and the day to day tasks involved in running the business.

I am very thankful that the company I worked for gave me training that allowed me to learn not only about different business processes but also different cultures. I realised the importance of being a team player and how I can cultivate change and personal growth.

I am someone who values time, because I believe that no matter who you are or how rich you are you can never give someone else’s time back. That is also why I always make sure I use my time wisely. I focus on learning new things and organising my day so no time will be wasted. I am also someone who likes challenges and taking on new things. Most of all, I love helping people whether it be with a small task or assisting them in running a business. I know how precious time is for you, so I would like to help you make the most of it.
