Kent John Bandria – Customer Service Representative
Hi, my name is Kent John Bandria; you can call me Kent. I have 4 brothers, and I’m the second oldest one. My hobbies are motorcycles, basketball, and computer games. When I was a child, I was already exposed to those kinds of activities, especially motorcycles. My father always brought me to a place where there are motorcycle events like drag racing and meet-ups. He taught me how to ride a motorcycle. I already participated in a drag racing competition, and I loved the adrenaline rush that it gave me. However, I stopped participating because I had more priority than that.
My childhood superhero is Kobe Bryant. He was the first NBA player who inspired me so much to basketball, and he motivated a lot of people around the world. He taught us to never give up on our dreams and always strive to be better. It is my dream to watch NBA live games at the Staples Center, where my favourite team, the Los Angeles Lakers, is located. I consider myself the biggest fan of Kobe Bryant because, for me, he is the best.
I’m a college undergraduate at Bago City College. I took the course of food and beverage services, and I stopped after the first semester to find a job. I never thought I would be hired as a customer service representative before due to lack of self-confidence. After my employment, I started building myself and getting out of my comfort zone.
I am writing to express my interest in customer support. With over five years of experience in customer service, I have honed my skills in providing excellent support to diverse clients, making me a strong candidate for this role.
Throughout my career, I have worked with several reputable companies, such as Panasiatic Solutions, Transcom, Teletech, Iqor, and Concentrix, where I developed a comprehensive understanding of customer needs and the importance of delivering exceptional service. My experience in these fast-paced environments has equipped me with the ability to handle high volumes of inquiries while maintaining a cheerful disposition and a focus on problem-solving.
I believe my background in customer service aligns perfectly with the requirements of the customer support position. I am adept at building rapport with customers, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a positive experience with each interaction. My previous roles have enabled me to develop strong communication skills, both verbal and written, allowing me to articulate solutions clearly and effectively.
Moreover, my organisational skills and ability to work independently under deadlines have consistently contributed to my success in meeting team goals. I thrive in collaborative settings, where I can share ideas and strategies with colleagues to enhance customer satisfaction and improve service delivery.
