Krinna Marie Lynn Salem – Virtual Executive Assistant

As a seasoned Virtual Executive Assistant, I have cultivated a diverse skill set and extensive experience across various roles, making me a valuable asset to any team. My journey in this field has been both challenging and rewarding, and I am excited to share my story with you.

I began my career as a Customer and Technical Service Support representative at Qualfon Philippines Inc. from August 2013 to May 2016. In this role, I built positive relationships with customers by providing exceptional service, resolving complaints, and troubleshooting technical issues. This experience taught me the importance of empathy, patience, and effective communication.

From January 2020 to September 2022, I served as the Discipleship and Pastoral Service Admin at Victory Tacloban. Here, I maintained attendance records, managed event schedules, and provided comprehensive administrative support for discipleship and pastoral care. This role required meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

In my role as a Marketing Assistant at Med Captain Marketing from November 2022 to January 2024, I handled client inquiries, managed schedules for demos and installations, and coordinated with clients and suppliers overseas. This position allowed me to develop strong organisational and coordination skills.

My experience as a Remote Customer Success Support at Borough Lasik Clinic from May 2023 to October 2023 further enhanced my ability to manage appointments, handle reception duties, generate sales leads, and ensure customer satisfaction. I compiled detailed records of customer interactions and maintained comprehensive documentation, which was crucial for providing professional support.

As a Virtual Legal Assistant at Legal Support Help from January 2024 to June 2024, I handled reception duties, set up appointments, managed emails and files, and communicated with clients and insurance companies. I also gathered and organised intake information, drafted correspondence, and obtained case-related documents. My background in SmartAdvocate CMS navigation was particularly valuable in this role.

Most recently, I worked as a Virtual Executive Assistant at Spark Pro Global from June 2024 to September 2024. I managed calls, SMS, chats, and email support, scheduled and managed appointments, organised emails and files, and performed various administrative tasks. Additionally, I managed social media accounts, developed content, and conducted data mining.

Beyond my professional experience, I am also a dedicated single parent to my 13-year-old daughter. Balancing my career and parenting has taught me resilience, time management, and the importance of maintaining a positive attitude. My daughter is my inspiration and motivation to excel in my career, and I strive to set a strong example for her every day.

A fun fact about me is that I belong to the 10% of the population that loves singing, but unfortunately, singing doesn’t love me back! Despite my lack of vocal talent, I enjoy belting out tunes and having fun with it, which brings a lot of joy and laughter into our home.
