Lanei Cabalhin – Customer Service Representative
Hi! I’m Lanei, you can call me Lan for short. Some people mispronounce my name as Laney.
I started working as a service crew at McDonald’s Bacolod at the age of 17, but I only lasted for a month as a service crew. I’m was a working Senior High student back then. I studied at STI West Negros University taking up Humanities and Social Sciences, Bachelor in Science in Psychology. When I was 18, I started to work for a BPO company as a customer service representative.
The first BPO company I’ve worked for is UBIQUITY GLOBAL SERVICES. I handled a financial seasonal account for a month and then I transferred to TRANSCOM where I handled a Billing account for 4months. Lastly, I worked for FOCUS DIRECT INC. where I handled a Vivint solar account for a month. The main reason why I resigned from my previous work is that having a healthy environment is important for me. Even though the account is toxic, if you have a healthy and friendly environment vibe, you can cope up with the stress you’re dealing with.
As a customer service representative, I’ve learned how to control my patience and emotions, I’ve also learned to multitask and navigate every source you have. Being a CSR, I’m not only enhancing my English skills but also my knowledge. Through my experience, I have become skilled in managing a wide variety of customers while demonstrating a resolute commitment to maximizing customer service and satisfaction.
Customer service taught me to provide the highest level of support and accurate advice or information. I can empathize with my clients, be patient and understanding, but can also take control of the call. I have a bubbly personality; that is my strength. I can connect easily to customers because of the tone of my voice. It also taught me to remain calm and composed even though I am juggling multiple inquiries and problems.
I know that I can contribute to the success of your company and am looking forward to meeting you soon and be part of your Family. I will be committed to continuous learning, growing, and applying my skills to support the team and engage our community.
As of now I want to learn more about how to be an effective Virtual Assistant and be part of your growing Family. Hope to work with you soon.
Thankyou for taking time to read this and God bless you!
