With my professional life, I never lost an inner drive for organisation, problem-solving, and helping others. I began my professional life in the BPO industry, where I gained much through working on customer service, financials, and healthcare activities for international clients. Working in high-pressure situations made me better at communication, keep tight control over details, and resolving problems quickly. All these influenced my professional growth and prepared me for upper-level roles.

As the years went by, I came to a juncture in life where I required more independence and adaptability in work-life. It was when I changed fields to the virtual assistant and outsourcing business that I found my calling. I have served as a Virtual Assistant with remote work experience in admin tasks, scheduling, data entry, and CRM functions as part of my career. My work with VICI Dial, Vendasta, and Less Annoying CRM helped me to have an advantage in the entire client interaction and workflow effectiveness.

With growing experience, I expanded my scope of duties to staffing coordination and outsourcing management. I oversaw appointment-setting and telemarketing campaigns in industries like cleaning services, SEO, solar, and political polls. I hired, trained, and managed cold callers, appointment setters, and telemarketer teams to make sure that they attained KPIs and provided quality service. These roles challenged me to multitask, handle remote teams, and fix operational problems.

Keeping technical problems and staff vacancies without compromising the campaign’s smooth running was the greatest learning experience I have had with outsourcing. My analytical mind made me deliver at light speed, diagnose issues, and come up with solutions that satisfied clients and my team. Those learning experiences taught me to be tough, patient, and capable of delivering under pressure.

My favourite aspect of working as a Virtual Assistant and Outsourcing Manager is that I can help businesses expand while empowering other virtual professionals. Whether managing a client’s calendar, customer service, or collaborating with an effective team, I am satisfied that my expertise is contributing to a greater goal.

In the near future, I anticipate becoming an even more skilled Virtual Assistant and handling increasingly complex projects, along with achieving professional expertise in project management, automated software, and internet marketing services. My goal is to provide timely, high-level service and continue to hone my skills so as to be ahead of businesses’ ever-evolving needs.

I am fairly certain that being reliable, flexible, and innovative is a good combination of traits of an outstanding Virtual Assistant. With my background and dedication, I am very certain that I would be invaluable to any team to which I will be affiliated.
