I have solid experience and knowledge in call center management for US, Canada, Australia and United Kingdom accounts. I also have a combined 4 years of BPO and freelance experience in sales, appointment setting, lead generation, cold calling, customer service, up selling, order processing, telemarketing, logistics and Administrative support.
My goal working for a company is to be an outsourced admin and customer support officer. After being hired, I make it a point to research the industry or product I’m assigned to. So, when I communicate with your customers, they’ll feel like I have been with the company since it started. I believe that my ability to solve a customer’s issue directly reflects your image to the public. When you hire me, you will be confident that customer service issues are being handled in the very best way they could be. I have 3-years experience with phone, email and chat customer service combined. I’ve been assigned to different types of industries – travel and hospitality, billing and payment, and retail. I’ve handled basic and complex issues using different platforms – RingCentral, LiveAgent, Freshdesk and Zendesk.
I am internet-savvy and computer proficient with MS Office applications, Google Docs, WordPress, Trello, search engine sites, Adobe, as well as photo and video editing software. I am knowledgeable as well in social media sites such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Tumblr, Linkedin and Pinterest. I am a fast typist and highly detail oriented. I have strong skills in time management, prioritising tasks, and meeting deadlines. I am always prompt in communication and have strong follow up skills. I am a quick learner and follow instructions very well. I have good written and verbal English communication skills. My goal is to be able to provide my potential clients an excellent service and to exceed their expectations.
Aside from work, I do makeup videos and travel vlogs on my Youtube channel. I love to hike, go to the beach and explore different places. I believe that one of the secrets of a happy life is continuous small treats.
I’m passionate about what I do, and I love to help people. Rest assured that I possess responsibility and initiative. I believe that the key to being successful with your career is to treat it as your own and to cherish your job. I always make sure that I love what I am doing, and I am satisfied with my job.
