Hi I’m Sherwin Suing!

I am a graduate with a degree in Engineering. I have worked in a Mechatronics firm for 18 years and started my Virtual Assistant (VA) career 2 years ago.

The experience I have acquired in these 18 years of work has been my strength. Being a Mechanical Parts Inspector, Quality Assurance Analyst, Mechanical Design Engineer and Production Manager has been a very rewarding job and has helped me alot when I started my virtual assistant career.

When the pandemic struck, our job had to temporarily stop. That enabled me to have a lot of time being a VA. Most of my work is CAD design for Electrical Cable Trunking, Electrical Cable Trays, Mechanical parts, Injection Molds and Press Die Design, including consumer products. I have over 11 Years of professional experience in Mechanical CAD design. I provide professional technical support on all projects that I handle such as manufacturability evaluation for Plastics and Metal fabrication and provision of DFM and Analysis (E.g Mold Flow, Stress, etc.) I also do professional 3D rendering to apply desired material, texture and color for better visualization specifically for making Consumer product catalogues, including picture and video editing. I use the latest Softwares like Solidworks, Imold, Solidworks plastic simulation, Keyshot, Blender, Photoshop and Davinci Resolve.

As a Manager, I learned how to handle even bigger projects. Where I efficiently use my time and resources to meet and exceed the Customer needs and expectations. I make sure that the directions and requirements are both clear to me and the Customer in order to lessen the time and avoid mistakes during the process. I believe that communication is very important not only to accomplish the task on time but to build a good relationship with your Customer. I never tire myself of asking until all of the details necessary for me to do the job right are complete and clear.

I enjoyed doing a job at the comfort of my own home, and meeting different clients all over the world . I had a chance to work with different kinds of cultures (Japanese, Hongkongers, Singaporean, Chinese, Malaysian, Filipinos, Indian, and Canadian). Over the past years I have successfully accomplished over 100 projects with different clients all over the world. The most rewarding part is getting the job done and receive a very good feedback from them.
